Ballet On Wheels Now Enrolling for Summer Dance Camps

Hello there!

It’s already time to talk about what you will be doing this summer! Crazy, right? It’s hard to believe another school year and dance year has passed us by again! I’m here to tell you about the amazing things Ballet On Wheels has to offer this summer. What’s a better way to spend your time off then by dancing all summer? Hint: there is nothing better!

We are offering three different level camps. Fairy Princess Camp is for our dancers ages 3-6. They are at the studio from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM for five days. They will dance, have arts and crafts and even have a tea party. As if that doesn’t sound great, there will also be an in-studio performance at the end of the week for friends and family. There are two opportunities for this camp: June 12-16 OR June 19-23.

Dance Mania Camp is the next level up! It’s for dancers ages 7-9. Their camp lasts a little bit longer, goes from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM, which makes for an entire day of dancing. They will study ballet, jazz, hip-hop and several other dance genres. They will also learn some dance history and watch scenes from dance movies, do arts and crafts and play dance-related games. What more could a dancer want? A performance, maybe? Well, they will have one of those too at the end of the week for friends and family. They also have two weeks to choose from for this camp: June 12-16 OR June 19-23.

The Junior Dance Intensive is the final level! We offer this to dancers ages 10-18. This is an intense, two-week camp for seriously dedicated dancers. It will be July 3-14 from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM each day. This is the camp where dancers will fine tune their techniques and learn more about the art they have chosen to love. They will learn new ballet variations, dance history and improvisation to name a few. These dancers will also have an in-studio performance on the last day of the intensive.

Now that I’ve taken you through each of the camps, have you found one that suits you? Have you found one that suits your dancer? Good! You can register your dancer for their week (or two) of fun on our website. There you will find more information about prices, attire and lunches. Visit www.balletonwheels.org for any information you could possibly need.

I hope you all have an amazing summer full of dancing!
