It’s me, Leah, once again! I have an exciting thing to tell you about! It’s about the end of the dance season here at the studio! Did you know that Ballet On Wheels puts on an amazing end-of-the-year performance every year? Did you also know that this year they are doing a production of Annie? Well, sit down and get ready to be informed about a performance that you and your family do NOT want to miss!
Ballet On Wheels Dance School & Company presents Annie: The “Dance-sical”. Based on the Broadway musical and motion picture film, join this youth dance company on a dazzling dance journey with a twist! Come and see Annie as she dances her way from the bitter Miss Hanigan and right into your heart!
It is our biggest performance of the year! It is a performance that you do not want to miss! Annie: The Dance-sical is a performance for adults and children of all ages. We are calling it a “dance-sical” because we aren’t doing the singing, but we are dancing throughout the whole thing. The dancers and our teachers have been working tirelessly to make this show perfect for anyone who comes to see it.
The show will be on June 3, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. and June 4, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. They will be performing at the Halloran Centre for Performing Arts & Education, which is located at 225 S. Main St., Memphis, TN 38103. It’s the building right next to the famous Orpheum Theatre.
Tickets are on sale right now through Ticket Master. Just go to their website and search “Ballet On Wheels” or “Annie”, or you can go to www.balletonwheels.org/events and purchase tickets that way.
