Camp Cancellations

Notification of cancellations must be received at least 21 days before the start of camp in order to receive an 80% refund of the camp tuition. No cancellation is considered final until our Camp Cancellation Form has been completed and received by BOW. If a notification of cancellation is received after the 21 day deadline, a refund can only be provided if BOW is able to fill the spot left by this cancellation.

Late Fee Pick Up

Our standard BOW Late Fee Policy will apply to all campers. Late fee pickup fees will be applied to all students remaining past camp time

$10.00 for the first five minutes and $1.00 for each additional minute; Fees are due upon your arrival to pick up your child.
